Additionally, you can easily rent a meeting room or our auditorium for your specific needs. Below is an overview of all the possibilities!
Tailor-made event
Do you want to organize a bespoke event with an auditorium, meeting rooms, and breakout rooms? We provide all the necessary support, from equipment rental and audiovisual assistance for video conferences to tailored catering.
Your own afterwork
Organize your own afterwork event for you and your colleagues in our cozy Foyer. Take the time for a pleasant chat that you often don't have time for.
Meeting in the Foyer
In our relaxed and homely Foyer, you'll feel right at home, the ideal setting for a casual meeting, brainstorming session, or networking moment.
Meeting & Breakout Rooms
At The Faculty, you can organize meetings, lectures, presentations, and workshops in 7 fully equipped meeting rooms and two versatile breakout rooms, accommodating from 4 to 40 people.
Auditorium Pasteur
The Pasteur auditorium, named after a founder of the Veterinary School, is ideal for presentations and can accommodate 180 people. Coffee or lunch breaks can take place in our cozy Foyer.
Extra discount on Thursdays
Do you work for an organisation in the social, cultural or socio-cultural field? And are you thinking of organising a meeting or event? Then get in touch! You will receive a voucher from us giving you a 50% discount on Thursdays on our rental rates for meetings and events (except tailor-made events)!
Catering
We work with reliable partners to meet all your catering needs during meetings and events. Within the 'custom event' package, there is the option of a bespoke service, or you can choose to work with your own caterer. Contact our team, we will assist you in this process.
