The Brogniez room accomodates 8 people, seated around a large conference table. The room is equipped with a flipchart and flatscreen TV, on top of that it has everything you need for videoconferencing.
How does it work?
You can reserve this meeting room per half-day session. The morning session starts between 8 AM and 9 AM, and the afternoon session between 1 PM and 2 PM. Below, you can click through to our reservation system where you can check availability and make a reservation. Coffee and tea are always included with your reservation, and for soft drinks, your group can use the 'honesty bar'.

You can choose below whether to reserve this room with or without the Melsens Lounge:
